Our youth programs are open, welcoming and diverse. All are welcome--church membership is not required.
We split into Youth (Grades 9-12) and Young Adults (Post-High School) and meet regularly to experience and share the love of Christ. The youth and young adults are led by a caring and dedicated team of adults from within the church and surrounding community.
Both of our programs focus on how God works in our lives and how we can share Christ’s love through community service, outreach, and mission work.
Our weekly plans include team-building, game nights, discussions of current events, lessons, small group discussion, crafts, and meditation and music.
Special events have included: Overnight retreats, Christmas Caroling to homebound members of the community, fund raising car washes and bake sales, and fun around the bonfire.
Visit us on Facebook or contact the church office for more information.
"All God's children got a place in the Choir." This is music at the Lawrence Road Church. Sunday mornings and special worship services feature both classical and contemporary Christian music, both in congregational singing, and through the gifts of the Chancel Choir, small ensembles, and soloists, both vocal and instrumental.
And there's a place for your musical gifts, too. Please contact Music Minister Amy Glennon Watt at email@example.com for more information.
